I am a UX Designer based in Washington, DC. I am curious, inquisitive, and have a keen eye for details. I am passionate about design and I am excited to bring to life ideas and concepts that can help make things and life easier for people.

I began my journey in creating user-friendly solutions as a Senior HR Portal Analyst designing, building web pages and developing content as well as performing enhancements to an existing HR intranet. My years of work experience involving collaborating with diverse teams and developers alongside serving as an HR Portal team lead for various HR-related intranet projects have enhanced my skills as a UX Designer in communicating effectively with technical and non-technical individuals.

To strengthen my skills and expand my knowledge, I completed the UX/UI Design course at Designlab that has provided me with a solid background in design principles and methodologies, as well as valuable skills in empathy, communication, and strategic thinking.

UX/UI Design appeals to me because I am motivated to build solutions that are based on the users’ needs and create experiences that are not only enjoyable but also user-friendly and intuitive. I love the collaborative nature of UX/UI Design because it encourages more ideas, facilitates learning, and boosts productivity. I strongly believe in continuous improvement and appreciate the nature of iterative process in UX/UI Design.

These are exciting times for me and I look forward to using my knack for problem-solving, collaborative spirit, and design skills to create an enjoyable and effective solution.
